• November 18, 2008 – Updated – 2008 EOY Release Memo for Enrollment and Payment Processing Activities

Please review the updated memo in the downloads section below entitled "Updated – Enrollment and Payment Processing Information for the End of 2008 – ACTION" from Thomas Hutchinson and Alan Constantian dated Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Section Q within the memo has been corrected to properly reflect the transmission date for monthly files being distributed in December to read Tuesday, December 23, 2008.

• November 12, 2008 - Weekly TRR - IMPORTANT!

Due to end-of-year processing, CMS has placed enrollment files into a "holding" state. Therefore, the weekly TRR that was scheduled for transmission on Sunday, November 16, 2008, has been cancelled.

Note: The special TRR for PDP reassignments scheduled for transmission on Friday, November 14, 2008 will be transmitted as planned.

Enrollment and Eligibility System Production Calendar

• NEW! (October 30, 2008) - The MMA Production Schedule for 2008 has been updated to reflect changes to November file transmissions. A text and color version of the calendar is available for Plans to review in the Downloads section below.

Planned Outages

Due to updates of the CMS search engine the MMA Advanced Search option located in the Related Links Inside CMS section will not be functional for a period of time. CMS intends to have the function available by early January. Pending the completion of the upgrade we have removed the MMA Advanced Search link from the MMA portal. Please direct questions or concerns to the MMA Help Desk.

Regularly Scheduled Maintenance

As a reminder, each Sunday night beginning at 6 pm (ET) through Monday morning at 6 am (ET), the Medicare Advantage and Part-D Inquiry System (Common UI) will be unavailable to Plan users for routine scheduled maintenance.
